Arborists

Experienced Climbing Arborist / Team Leader

📍 Based near Louth

We currently have availability for one full-time experienced climbing arborist position. This is for people who have good previous experience and qualifications in arboriculture.

This role will follow on from a successful trial day with one of the field teams and a short interview. We are looking for keen, enthusiastic people that want to have fun at work and be people of an inclusive team. We are looking for long term employees that we can invest in and other several perks and benefits to our employees.

Hours = 7am to 5pm - Monday to Friday

Requirements = Full clean driving licence, clear DBS check, pass Fit to Work medical.

Salary = £32k to 36k depending on qualifications, experience and role.


Office

Office Administrator (Progression to Office Manager)

📍 Based near Louth – hybrid role (mix of office and home working)

We’re looking for a friendly and organised Office Administrator to join our growing team. This role has real potential to grow into Office Manager for the right person.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Answering calls and emails and keeping customers happy and informed

  • Creating job packs, quotes, invoices, scheduling and reports

  • Helping with social media, blogs and online content (we use AI tools too!)

  • Supporting our accounts team with invoicing and reconciliation

  • Assisting with HR; holidays, recruitment and staff records

  • Keeping our Health & Safety documents up to date (COSHH, RIDDOR, RAMS etc.)

  • Helping with accreditation paperwork and compliance

  • Looking for ways to improve how we do things

What we’re looking for:

  • Great at customer service and communication

  • Quick to respond and happy to help

  • Positive, friendly and enjoys being part of a team

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Can prioritise and stay organised

  • Self motivated

  • Typing speed of 60+ words per minute

  • Good overall IT skills

  • Good with Google Suite; experience with Xero, Re-Flow and ChatGPT is a bonus

  • Experience in arboriculture, agriculture, construction or similar industries is welcome

Hours = 8am to 5pm (potentially flexible) - Monday to Friday

Requirements = Full clean driving licence.

Salary = depending on qualifications, experience and role.
